The center offers Tai Chi exercise and senior fitness classes at no charge
Senior fitness is every Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 9:30 and 11 a.m. The low-impact exercises specifically help to maintain range of motion, joint mobility, muscle tone, muscle strength, balance and endurance for the participants.
Transportation is available Monday through Friday, and Sunday during the hours of operation of the Buffalo Senior Center. Open space fills up quickly.
You need to know your numbers to stay healthy. Buffalo Senior Center staff members offer a Know Your Numbers Clinic at the third Thursday of each month from 8:15 a.m. to noon.
Join us for Lunch
A hot delicious meal is served Monday through Friday from noon until 1 p.m.. Sunday the meal is served at 12:30 p.m. to accommodate worship services. The center is closed Saturday.
