Staying Home is a community based in-home service program maintained through the Buffalo Senior Center. It is designed to meet the needs of senior citizens and adults with disabilities.
Personal care is supervised by a Registered Nurse (RN) and provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) who are Wyoming State Board certified Home Health Aides (HHA). Background checks are performed on all staff before entering a person’s home.
Access Care Coordinators (ACC) are certified by the Wyoming Department of Health’s Aging Division. These coordinators determine eligibility, develop care plans, and refer people to community resources.
